Cultural acclimatisation

A senior European Executive was involved at the top level in a major potential merger of his company with a North American company. The initial meetings with his new colleagues were planned meticulously to include an important briefing on cultural differences in meetings and social situations which could arise during the merger process.

The client has returned since for further coaching.

The final part of the course involved a realistic three-way meeting using two teachers and the student to practice the language learnt. Feedback from both teachers included suggestions for further improvement.
